Scaffolding contractors required for all our sites.
At BAAS we use a lot of scaffold, currently a large percentage of our sites involve working at height to some degree and therefore scaffolding contractors are always in demand, we welcome all scaffolding contractors to show an interest in any scaffolding work we may have in their area. We regularly have a need for a whole variety of safe systems of working at height and access requirements ranging from edge protection only or single lift scaffolds to fully boarded multiple lift scaffolds with gantries, table lifts, elevated guardrails, debri netting etc and the 7 day scaffold inspections, the list goes on and on. All our scaffolds are expected to be constructed in accordance with the scaffolding industries safe erection SG4:15- 'Preventing Falls in Scaffolding Operations' guidance and must comply with current TG20:13 Technical Guidance. We also from time to time use specialist or accredited firms such as NASC registered and asbestos licensed scaffolders, are all encouraged to register an interest. Roofing Contractors and Sub- Contractors required for all sites. Large volume and Industry compliant Roofers needed for large social housing contracts, slate and tiled pitched roofing, roof-line and asbestos removal contractors also needed. Excellent rates and long term contracts for the right contractors.
